“Must for music and eats”
Reviewed January 30, 2014

We went for some of our favorite music, Lisa Mann and her dam good band, also Sunny Hess and her great band. The chief was excellent! The taste buds were really excited, I ordered several of the appetizers. The gal and guy behind the bar working hard to please, there was 5 in our party and we all had food. Not one iffy in our bunch.

“Great setting for Jazz”
Reviewed October 20, 2013 via mobile

Super spot for jazz...saw the Shanghai Woolies. The food was just ok and but my drink was large and tasty. Wife liked the show, but was 'non plused' by the food or service. Go for the music...eat elsewhere.

“Fantastic entertainment value!”
Reviewed September 8, 2013

We went there for our anniversary and heard a great band of Portland locals including Dan Balmer, Mel Brown and a killer B-3 player. The food, bar and service could not have been better. We've been to jazz clubs throughout the U.S. and this one is world class. Nicely located in the Pearl District and very highly recommended if you appreciate good music and good food.

“Nice venue, good food, wish there was a dance floor.”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

We attended the Coco Montoya show. Food was good although a little expensive. Price for tickets very reasonable ($18 for reserved setaing). A little crowded and a bit disappointed that there is no dance floor. But very good evening out.
