A very trendy Portland eatery, or used to be, but neither I nor any of my friends and family have every not been disappointed. Also long lines to get in (although I haven't been back in a while).

Waited over an hour. Services were below par. More like a bar than a family restaurant. Foods were okay. Maybe a good play for party couple. Would not come back with wife and son.

Abysmal Service, but, We, the wait staff, are covered, because we insist on 18% gratuity for your party of six.

6 diners. 4 order main course meals. 2 order a selection of tapas. After our server finishes writing our order, she informs us that dishes will come to the table in no predictable order and no attempt will be made to place dishes anywhere specific because this is a "Family Style" restaurant. Oh, Please - how insincere; there is nothing family style about this establishment. This is a convenience for the kitchen. One and a half hours later, one diner has yet to have a mouthful of food because their entree never arrived. The two times I could even flag down a server to inquire, the response was a curt acknowledgement that the server was aware the dish had not been delivered to the table. We had to ask for the check and say we were leaving without and a boxed version of the entree came out with the check, with no apology. Oh - And, since a party of 6, 18% gratuity added to the bill. Water glass was filled Once in 1.5 hours. No checking in to see if we were satisfied or needed anything else. The 5 tapas dishes arrived within the first 15 minutes of placing the order as did One of the four individual entrees ordered. Second of four arrived 30 minutes later; by now, tapas is consumed by couple that ordered this for dinner - food getting Cold. Entree three arrives one hour in.
Worst Service - Food okay, but substantially overpriced for the measly portions and certainly not special enough to make up for the awful dining experience.

It's a crowded place and most likely there will be a line or a wait, but enjoyed our meal very much. I love ordering small plates and trying lots of different things.

We went here with friends, which was great because we were able to try so many different plates. Would definitely return!
