Clean rooms and friendly staff make this a great place to stay. The beds are very comfortable and the staff to go out of their way to help any way they can. Our flight arrived late and they picked us up from the airport with minimal wait time

This Best Western is convenient to the airport, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff is particularly cheerful and helpful, too. The lobby is quite elegant - unlike any I've seen at a Best Western.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel the night before we flew out of Portland. What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and roominess of this hotel. It is a very busy place, so there was some noise but not enough to be bothersome to us. Breakfast options are great with plenty of seating. There is a big outdoor pool with a lovely yard area around it. I would definitely stay here again.
Nice facility. Very friendly and helpful staff, Close to local restaurants and a very short drive to the airport. The breakfast buffet is really great. We get to Portland a couple of times a year and this is our place to stay.

Warning!!!! Not stay here. We have had issues had multiple best westerns, however this best Western is the very worst of any BW I have stayed at. We were talked down to, decorated, argumentative belittled, Shown no empathy or kindness. There are no customer service skills at this location. No accommodations were made upon arrival or departure. My husband went to get ice when we arrive very late to get a few hours of sleep and housekeeping right around the corner from our room was using profanity especially the shown no empathy or kindness. My husband appeared around the corner and said maybe you should get a different job. They said nothing and then we’re extra rude when we asked for our little bit of extra time to get ready in the morning due to our lack of sleep and how slow I am getting ready do you cancer. This is a holographic story that can’t even begin to go into details with the lack of room on this review!!!! Find somewhere else stay otherwise be prepared for zero customer service, zero accommodations, zero professionalism, and angry human beans do not belong there.
Very positive experience. Prompt airport shuttle. Clean and spacious rooms. Very reasonable rates. Very friendly and courteous staff. Excellent variety of breakfast options. The Best Western Pony Soldier Inn-Airport is the best airport hotel I have stayed in.
