This is an older but well maintained property. If you are driving, it's a little difficult to approach from the south,( bear to the LEFT lane @ Sandy). If you're using the Light Rail, it's the 3rd stop from PDX.( With a short 3blk WALK from the station to the hotel).Coming from the south the final turn is a left in front of on coming traffic , but is eased by a turn lane.
First impression is a 2 story lobby walled by glass with several 70's over stuffed sofas and chairs edging a well landscaped pool/spa.
Check is delt with a friendly and eager staff to give directions .
The room ( single king) has an outstanding bed , a comfortable chair for watching TV ,and with great channel choices.
The breakfast provided is as good as any in this price class. HOWEVER, if it's not good enough you have an "Elmer's" litterally next door. ( Think an upper scale Denny's with beer/wine).
The only 2 (minor) issues,1) being this close to the airport gas prices are higher, and 2), the TV's are digitally channeled so you can't directly tune them and scrolling takes seemingly too long.
But I'll stay HERE again.
