Seared Salmon; Quail; Chicken; and Lamb. Four of us had these for dinner recently in Portland Oregon, during a "Pinot Noir" tasting run to the Willamette valley. It is a tiny place, so reservations must be made well in advance of visiting, but it's well worth the effort. It has a very eclectic menu (the Quail was stuffed with Foie Gras, the Salmon served on a bed of risotto), and each dish was wonderfully prepared. It's fairly expensive, but not over the top.
