The food, the wait staff, the wine list, the view, all AMAZING!!! This place is awesome! Great food, super knowledge, helpful and friendly waiter and the view can't be beat!! This is a great place to go for a business dinner (which is why I was there) or for a romantic date date or anniversary celebration.

Great view great service and
Food. Get there for happy hour ( I think the food is better in the bar than in the dinning room)

From our starter of Prawn Cocktail (massive prawns, beautifully presented) through our Ivory King Salmon to the grand finale of fresh-from-the-oven cookies, this was an extraordinary experience. Service was excellent - engaging us when we seemed interested in being engaged, knowledgable about menu items and wines. And the view! Even without a window table, Portland and its surroundings were radiant.

The restaurant covers the whole 30th floor of the Wells Fargo building downtown. There's an amazing view out over the city and out towards Mount Hood. Interior is fairly traditional and we sat in the bar area which looks like a jazz bar. No outdoor space, but the view is very good.

Happened to be there for happy hour and had some good sushi and wine. There is a blind piano player there, who is amazing. He plays requests and is very funny.

Its a busy place and quite touristy, but definitely worth a visit. We didn't do a full dinner but the food we ate was great. Good service.

The Portland Grill was recommended to us as the top place to go near our hotel, and we were not disappointed. We were fortunate to be there on a clear day and it was perfect. Beautiful views of the mountains and the city. The food was excellent. In particular, the Cioppino soup was delicious and large--enough for a small entree. Our waiter was engaging and attentive. Definitely recommend going when it is clear to fully enjoy the experience. It makes the somewhat pricey menu more of a value.
