The food was off the charts good--especially the salmon and halibut. Service was impeccable and the view--well it cannot be improved on. 30 stories high and the place is classy. Eat here first when in Portland.

Get here early for the Sunday Happy Hour that starts at 4pm or you will not get one of the great view seats. The drinks and appetizers are good but it's the view that's special. Definitely worth a stop for any visitor.

I remember the first time I went to PCG - it was a memorable experience and memorable food. That was about 5 years ago. I visited a few more times and every time the food got more basic, drink became watered down, and the service became indifferent. Really disappointing considering the amazing location and the potential. The sushi is mediocre at best, definitely overpriced. About a year ago I had an amazing smoked pork chop and a seafood melt sandwich however the last time I was there in February 2013 - deep, deep disappointment. I ordered an old fashioned and my friend ordered a Manhattan - they were the most watered down drinks I've ever tasted. Seems like they are cutting corners which is a shame.

This is a great place to both bring family or friends from out of town on a clear day or night to see all of Portland, the view is amazing. I've gone there for romantic birthday dinners, to drinks with out of town girlfriends, and lunch with my Parents from out of town. Ifound the food to be very good, although its still your typical high end seafood & steak house kind of menu, so pretty traditional. There is far more exciting menus in Portland but your paying for the view. Very hard to get a seat in the bar at night so get there early.

Had been there a few years earlier where I was swept away by the food and the impressive waiter. Came back a few months ago and was not disappointed. The Chinese starter with Peking duck was delicious.
