“Great View, Happy Hour Bargain”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 19, 2013

This is a fantastic spot at Happy Hour which is every day and sometimes twice a day. Kung Pao Calamari is delish. I don't drink which makes it more of a bargain for me, my companions said the Happy Hour drinks were just so so. Certainly a good stop for visitors wanting to get the lay of the land as the view is stunning. I have been here for dinner as well and don't think it is worth the price with all the great places to eat in PDX. Parking is included. Go for Happy Hour and you will get good value for your dollar.

located on the 30th floor, this restaurant had 360 views of the city. we weren't right by the window but we still had a nice view. but definitely get a window seat if you can. the food was fantastic, as well as the service.

“Upscale Dining at it's finest!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 12, 2013

Located on the 30th floor of one of the downtown skyscrapers, the view is spectacular. Ask for a table near the window if you can. I had the Halibut special. I am not normally a fish eater. But the Halibut was fresh and grilled perfectly. It was served with Crab and Avocado on top of it. This entree was $42 and worth every penny. The dining experience could not have been more enjoyable.

“Happy hour with views”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 9, 2013

The reason one comes here is for the views, of course, and the earlier you can get in line, the better the chance for seats next to the window. But even if you aren't next the window, you can walk around and admire the views! It's a bit pricy for happy hour, but those views . . .
