We have a lot of good restaurants in Portland with some top-rate chefs, but Andina has consistently served delicious fresh food and with excellent service. It has been my favorite restaurant for nearly ten years and I have never been disappointed. Their slow-cooked lamb shank, grilled asparagus, avocado stuffed with crab, and any of the causas are a some of my favorite menu items. The cocktails are also fabulous, all made with fresh ingredients-try the caipirinha or the mojito de piña. The artistic presentation of the food is also a pleasant feast for the eyes.
