“Better than Mothers”
Reviewed March 23, 2014

Found this place when we tried to go to Mothers on a Monday. The food, service and atmosphere is excellent. The Breakfast Menu caters for all tastes and their coffee was just like how I would get one in Australia - strong and small - just how i like it. This place was so good that after trying Mothers on our 2nd Day in Portland (and it was good) we chose to come back on our final day.

“Great breakfast”
Reviewed March 4, 2014

I have only eaten here for breakfast, but have always enjoyed it. Very good coffee and you have to try the roast beef hash, topped with eggs.

“Very good breakfast”
Reviewed March 2, 2014

I went here twice in one weekend. The first time we just stumbled upon it looking for a place to eat by our hotel. They were about to close but graciously took us in as the last customers of the day. I ordered one of their specials (an omelette that day) and found it very delicious! My girlfriend had the granola and stated, "this is the best granola I have ever had!" With our table came organic house made ketchup and jam; both were very tasty. Breakfast is one of my favorite meals of the day and this was no disappointment. The portion size was very reasonable and If I ever stay in Portland again, I will definitely stop by once more.

“A Great Breakfast Experience”
Reviewed February 8, 2014

Visited this location twice during our stay in Portland. Groups of 8 and 14 were seated quickly. Great service and wonderful food. Omeletes and Specials of The Day were big hits amongst the group. Will visit again when we return to Portland.

“Great Breakfast”
Reviewed January 29, 2014

This was just a few block from our hotel (Portland downtown Courtyard Marriott). Great food, excellent service, fresh squeezed orange juice. The brioche french toast was delicious. Locally made jams, ketchup and syrup. Yumm
