The ambience was nice. I was dining alone for a work trip and I enjoyed sitting in the bar. I had a great steak smothered in blue cheese.

Adjacent to the Hotel Monaco, this is a super-convenient location for late evening arrivals to find a yummy meal.
Wines by the glass selection is very good, service staff are experienced, helpful and very welcoming (even to the solo traveler). Bar scene is lively, overall ambience is very fun.

So disappointed in this restaurant. It was very noisy, and the menu was borderline diner food. They were out of the one item that looked really good, so we settled. Not a place I would revisit, but it was convenient to hotel and we were tired.

The food was merely on the OK side or worse. For the price the menu was kind of blah. It was almost like some of the dishes were meant to be "comfort food"like Grandma would make. Grandma would be insulted.

We ordered Beet Carpacio for a starter and it was delightful. Hubby had a pork chop served with Sweets and Brussels for his entree. The sweet potato's were somewhat bland and lacked finesse. The brussels were spectacular. The pork chop was absolutely perfectly cooked, moist, seasoned well and honestly was one the best we have ever had. I had a dry aged Rib Eye, cooked to a perfect medium rare as ordered topped with onion jam and tiny sprinkle of Blue cheese. Our drinks were topped off when needed, without asking, the waitstaff was unobtrusive but efficient. All in all this was a happy and delicious experience. Our server Mariah was a gem. Definitely not cheap but to my mind, it was not horridly expensive and the quality was fantastic. The portions were quite healthy and we left feeling very satisfied.
