We had dinner here twice and both times the food was wonderful. Amazing blends of flavors. The dough for the empanadas is, according to my wife, among the best she ever tasted and she is a great cook in her own right. The cocktails are also very good and reasonably priced. Be realistic in your expectations about the setting. There is a very small, crowded, restaurant. The servers are always pleasant and upbeat, but the environment can't escape being a little frenetic. The place is Kind of shopworn, but in a homey way. If you arrive prepared to focus on the food and just look past the tight space, you will have a wonderful meal.

We had heard about this place from friends so we had been wanting to try it for a long time and I'm so glad we did! We had a party of 4 and everyone really enjoyed what they had. Two of us had Cuban sandwiches, and 2 had combo plates. The plates had huge portions!

The price was a tad high, but that is typical for a lot of the local places. $10-18 for dinner. Fun atmosphere and decor and also an outside eating area. Would definitely go back!

The inside area is very small so it can get crowded. They also don't serve soda, which isn't a big deal at all, but it's not very common that you come across that. Their desserts looked delicious, but we didn't order any.

Outside seating has heat but i would rather sit inside except for summer nites
Great coffee I would go out of my way just for this

There are lots of good dishes here. You should try the empanadas and the croquetas, Don't go without trying the domino cake. Truly exceptional.

I've eaten Cuban food in Cuba, and I've eaten Cuban food at Pambiche, and they are equally wonderful. Pambiche has really authentic Cuban food with great flavor and good prices (they even have a plata comunista, rice and beans). And their desserts are off the chart delicious. People sometimes come here just for dessert and coffee, but I highly recommend a meal. You won't find good, authentic Cuban food like this anywhere else.
