We went to this restaurant from the recommendation of our hotel concierge. He told us it was a brand new farm to table trendy restaurant in the Pearl District. He hit the nail on the head. We were seated in a cute two person table next to the wide open garage door, so we felt like we were dining outside on the patio. The service from the hostess to the server was fabulous. The server was very knowledgeable and attentive. We didn't order drinks, but we kept him busy with our water refills and he never seemed bothered. The food was outstanding- we started with the salmon tartare and the market salad. Both were fresh, unique and flavorful. We then split an entree of some type of Mediterranean fish that I never heard of. We ordered it based on our server's recommendation and were not disappointed at all. Even the greens on the side were very fresh and tasty. Most restaurants would charge a split entree fee, but this one didn't, which I thought was great. I would highly recommend this new restaurant!
