I have been to many Chinese restaurants all over the western U.S. and eastern Asia, including many in China itself. This was easily the best seafood restaurant anywhere. The seafood was very fresh. Half the customers seemed to be Chinese or Chinese looking: a good sign; kind of like when you travel by train, you watch where the engineers & conductors go to eat. The service was unusual -- the waitresses brought-out trays of entres and stopped by each table. You could pick what you wanted from these trays. When I was there, the waitresses didn't speak a word of English, so it was difficult to make sure I didn't get any pork or beef. If it smelled like seafood I would ask the waiter what the food was. this seafood was so fresh & it was all so delicious.
