Would have liked to know about all the construction ahead of time. Probably would have gone elsewhere. Was a mess outside. Could hear everyone in the hall all night and there were a lot of people in and out all night. Room was nice and clean. Shower was great. Bed was very uncomfortable.

While we are happy to hear you enjoyed our nice clean guest rooms, we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced due to our exterior siding project. I am happy to let you know we are nearing the end of this project and it should be finished within the next few days. Very nice property that is under renovation. Good location with respect to the airport. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Area seems nice at first, but noticed several homeless camping in tents just outside of parking lot. My car was vandalized. Although staff empathetic, no cameras or security.

Thank you for your kind remarks about our rooms and friendly staff. Our team really goes out of their way to create a positive and memorable experience for all our guests and fellow employees. I am very sorry about your car. We do have drivers that go through the parking lot and all staff take an active role in providing a safe and secure environment for all our guests. We also have camera's throughout the hotel. Once again, I'm very sorry about your vehicle.
