We went to the location at 107 SE Washington. The place was busy and we didn't have reservations. So, we sat at the bar viewing the chefs and kitchen staff. Which was just fine since they were willing to engage in food conversation while still working extremely hard. We ordered the June $25 three-course meal, which included the Spanish Cocida (chorizo, roasted beef shoulder, ham, chickpeas, and potatoes in a broth along with salsa verde). Awesome! The flavors in this dish were perfect.
