We spent a lovely time going on a guided tour of this beautiful garden. It is so seamlessly accessible that my sister was able to go just about anywhere using her scooter. Our volunteer guide was knowledgeable and took so much joy in the garden that it was contagious.
A small gem that is easy to get to and even parking wasn't bad.

This is a small garden near the waterfront and has many nice features including free guided tours. It is quite beautiful with ponds and beautiful plantings. There is a modest admission fee.

We got here when it opened bad happy we got the first tour of the day. It gets busy, which is wonderful but we were happy to get a quiet first look. This is a well maintained, gorgeous garden. We actually stumbled upon the gardens and happy we did. What a great oasis within the city. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgable. There was a yoga class being held there on the Sunday morning we visited. I would visit weekly if I lived in the area. Peaceful and beautiful architecture.

Nice little Chinese garden, with a lovely tea house and plenty of charming architecture. Deserves multiple visits! Only complaint I have is that the admission is rather pricey, but it does keep the garden clean and filled only with those who really want to be there - as opposed to randoms off the street.

This was a favorite destination of ours on our first trip to Portland. The Tea Shop on the premises is not to be missed. The garden has many lovely spaces and we did not feel rushed. Neither was it crowded. Excellent value for the money. We purchased a family ticket.
