Don’t let the name fool you, the only thing “exotic” about this restaurant is the beautiful chef and her staff. The chef grew up in Hawaii but the food is completely Swiss comfort food. All of it is delicious, but the salad dressing is especially to die for and I have bought several bottles of it. It’s great on salad but you should really just dip bread in it. Tangy goodness.
Literally everything tastes great. The ambiance is cozy and quaint, so you should either get there early or get a reservation. I wouldn’t want to wait long.
