I would almost go back to Portland just to eat here again. Great quick affordable breakfast. A true Portland must visit.

I ordered The 3 B's (bacon, brie and basil) and Blueberry Cheesecake Waffle. Both were AMAZING! The waffles texture was perfect (crunchy, but soft) and the toppings were delicious. I only had the chance to visit here once while in Portland, but it was definitely be on my go-to spot if I ever visit again. I highly recommend trying The Waffle Window, it will not disappoint!

Delicious liege waffles that will transport you to Europe via fork. With a variety of sweet, savory, and seasonal options, you can visit any time of day, not just breakfast, for a fairly quick, reasonably priced, and tasty experience.

Went here the day after we got in portland. It did not disappoint. The waffle are the best and the people are great that work there to. Will go back before we leave to go back home.

Game day in Portland begins with a jaunt out to this breakfast hot spot in the Southeast Hawthorne district. Park street-side and stroll over to this walk-up window to order among the various waffle offerings, from banana/Nutella to blueberry cheesecake to bacon/maple to spicy bacon cheddar jalapeno. Stay warm with a coffee or hot chocolate. The portions may appear small at first blush, but by meal's end, you'll be suitably full.

There's a cafe next door that offers indoor seating, but for the full experience dine under the outdoor tent in the small parking lot adjacent to the window. There's not much in the way of ambiance, but it's the Portland atmosphere you come here for. For out of town travelers, the best thing about this (and most Oregon eateries) is no sales tax - a cool $20 gets my family of three a wonderful breakfast of Portland style Liege sugar waffles.
