I stayed here for a 3 night trip to Portland because the price was great compared to other Marriott properties in the area.
This isn't a great stay if you're looking for elite status perks. I had checked in on the app and when I arrived I was given my key and sent on my way - I heard other customers being told about hotel amenities and being thanked for loyalty status, but none of that for us. Despite my elite status I was not offered an upgrade, nor told they were booked up and one wasn't available. The room was in good condition and large.
Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We missed housekeeping the first day, as we came back and needed quiet time from 4:45 - 6pm. Our room (433) must have been last on the list because no one had stopped by yet. The second night housekeeping came before 5pm, but they missed picking up a used tea bag we had inadvertently left in the sink, and the bathroom counter hadn't been wiped down. I didn't see anything else that they had missed, but it made we wonder what else they missed.
Check out was also confusing - I dropped off keys before 7am and thanked them for our stay. I had already been emailed a folio so didn't ask for a paper copy. By 1pm I got a message on the app asking if I was ready to check out. There seems to be a lag between the hotel & app.
Overall I wouldn't go back - there are enough other Marriott (or other chain) properties in the area.
