we stayed here again before an early flight the next morning, and took the max in the morning.....the staff is so friendly, and the room is clean....a green program is available, and recycling buckets are prevalent....we had to lv early before breakfast, so couldn't try it.....it's a great place, and thx so much.....More

My kids have now been spoiled about what to expect on trips from now on! The location is great, especially for those like us who get into PDX after 9:00 PM. And having the Mount Hood Max Stop right in front of the hotel made having a car optional, but we had sightseeing plans so the free parking came in handy. Kathleen and Keisha were wonderful at the front desk during our stay. Alina was a wealth of useful information before and after our stay. The breakfast was great and the staff in general was very helpful, especially LeeAnn. And the shuttle service provided was not the run of the mill to and from the airport shuttle. I was able to reserve the shuttle to get my car rental at Alamo and Annette the driver, was so accommodating.

This hotel is a true diamond! My husband and I love coming here for a quick getaway. It's quiet, clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. Jordan and Kathleen checked us in for our stay and they were both super-friendly, upbeat, and great! They made us feel so welcome. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and the whole experience was just top-notch. I can't say enough good things. We can't wait to go back and it's definitely our new favorite place in the Portland area!

Traveled to Portland for work and used the shuttle daily. The dinners on Monday- Wednesday were a plus also. Kimber was a wonderful shuttle driver who always greeted us with a smile and positive attitude. She was willing to go above and beyond when asked for a ride . Jordan was a wonderful edition to the evening food being served . He was a good conversation to have while enjoying dinner !

The team at this hotel goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is welcoming and they appear to interact like family. During my last stay, while hosting a large meeting on site, one individual stood out in particular. "Doug", the maintenance person, whom I've seen many times before and who's always cordial, was walking into work at about 5am. I came down the hallway and he was interacting with another individual who was not a hotel guest and was not supposed to be in the property. Doug quickly, efficiently and thoroughly intervened to correct the situation. What this demonstrated was someone who was alert, action-oriented, looking out for the safety of the guests and staff....and, who went above and beyond. Thank you, Doug, for all that you do!

The staff is amazing and helpful! The happy hour type setting is relaxing on a work trip. Yummy breakfast and stellar service. Jordan, Kimber and Kathleen made my stay the best! The rooms are like an apartment and it is located by shops and places to eat.
