We came in the winter on the way to the Japanese Garden. There wasn't much to see by way of blooming roses, but the history and use of the garden are fascinating. The views of Mt. Hood and city center were cool too. The roses are well labeled and laid out in beautiful fashion. I can only imagine what it looks like in the spring/summer.
