Okay experience, first time in Portland, there for a retreat and I didn't know the city. I have since learned of many other better places to stay if I were to do it again. The place was old and run down. The worse part was that it was very noisy from highways nearby and I barely slept. Close to bus, but not close to Max lightrail train. As a single woman I would not stay here again.

This older hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the staff were terrific and the room was very comfortable. It has a great location near the trolley to get all around downtown. Highly recommend it
Dirty, unprofessional appearance of the builing, stale breakfast food, no coffee, unfriendly staff, horrible mattress, shower didnt work, extremely expensive. A complete and total waste of my money. If I could give it a lower rating I would
Excellent value. Nothing fancy, but there is a fridge and microwave in the room. There is a restaurant/bar attached which makes it nice. The room was clean, we had two beds, one double and one queen that were comfortable.
We needed to stay in a location that was in between airport and Newberg as we were in work for a wedding. This location was good spot in middle. We got room with two king beds so our family fit well and slept well. I was thankful for little things like hair dryer and iron and the little computer and printer in the office. The fruit at breakfast hut the spot too. It is out dated but it was clean so no complaints
The people working the desk are great, hotel is old and could use updating.
Noise no issue across the parking lot but in the main building you will be up with the bar people leaving from 2-3am. I was on the street side, same side as the bar and didn't get much sleep. Otherwise the stay is very convenient to the Casey Eye Institute
