Relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, attentive service, and awesome Pho. We originally became repeat customers after trying their (amazing) Bun, but were a little gun shy of trying unknown pho because of a recent bad experience. Then a friend suggested that the house specialty is usually what restaurants are best at--in this case, obviously, pho. So we tried it and had a very hard time forcing ourselves to be objective and trying out other local places to compare against. We rarely deviate from ordering pho or bun, but the few times I did try other menu items, they were equally fabulous. Produce is always fresh, beef is always tender, portions are generous, and the broth, even through the owner's testing of variations, is always rich and flavorful. Vegan's can also rest assured that the veg menu items are made w/ veg broth and not beef or chicken as many other "vegetarian/vegan" menu items at other restaurants are. Owners are very accessible and hands on. The only drawback is the name of the place because if it's dorkiness, but hey, that's marketing, and truth be told, it's an easy name to remember.
