I was surprised by the nice service I received by everyone at this property.
Carolyn at the happy hour with her assistant (can't remember his name) was outstanding at helping us with many things, extra glasses, places to go, lots of smiles!
The buffet was also good, the omelets done were delicious and I also can't remember his name but he found fruit for my little one and she was delighted!
The restaurant is a little pricey and not really worth it in my opinion.
The property is older but the rooms were clean, good sheets, pillows, mattress and the pool was at a perfect temperature to enjoy!
I give a "plus" to the service... even Samantha in house keeping tried to go beyond to help!

Waterfall and river in the lobby that even has fish! It was pretty amazing! A big perk is the pup was able to stay there too! Hilton is always a pretty nice place to stay plus I get the points which never hurts!

When I checked into this hotel for one night, I was shocked at how dated the property was...If you love the 1980's, you will love this hotel. I don't think it has been updated in over 30 years. The smell was overwhelming when you first walk in. Like visiting my grandmother's house as a child. They have stuffed scented air filters into each room in the AC vents to try to mask the smell, but the air filter smell is so overwhelming, it makes it even worse. This is the type of property that you would see on the news when someone was discovered murdered in one of the rooms and the body was never found. I could not get the room cooler than 80 degrees. There was food at 5pm left up and down the hallway of my floor that had been there since breakfast. The furniture and mattresses were so old, I could not even sit on them. Caught two flies in my room as well. checked out 2 hours after checking in. just overwhelming!
