Desperately in need of a deep cleaning. Even after we moved to a second room we still had to wear our shoes and had to leave the room because the of stench. Very unprofessional evening staff, childlike.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. If I’d known you allow locals to come in by the droves to throw their kids a birthday party, invite all their friends and family, take over the pool, take over the happy hour (free alcohol), smoke pot on the premises, let their kids run around like it’s Chucky cheeses!?! I’d never think twice about staying here.

Stayed here on a recent trip before taking the plane for my flight to Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Upon checking in the experience was great and they checked me in earlier than the check in time. When I arrived to my suite it was beyond all expectations. The bed was comfortable and the snacks were excellent. Then at happy hour it was nice to have a reception with music and complimentary drinks. The on-site restaurant was great and I would highly recommend. Then the following morning the shuttle service was great and brought me to the airport on time. I will stay there again before my flight. And I would rate it 10/10.

Room view was of heating and air. Was very noisy, and was unpleasant to see. Room cable was not working. Chose "green" option. Ended up getting no service at all. Had to request trash removal. Had to ask for toiletries.

The hotel is very close to the airport and to the Cascade shopping area. The hotel is very clean. The staff is SUPER helpful without being fake. The breakfast is way way above average. The open bar in the evening is a great bonus, even if you're not a drinker, its a great social setting. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The king bed was comfortable and there were enough pillow options for anyone's needs. There was only one very small issue and that was the rooms always had some light coming in, no matter how the curtains were adjusted. Honestly, it was hard for me to find that to complain about. I would recommend this place to anyone, regardless of the reason to travel there.
