Great variety of "happy hour" pub food. My husband said his hamburger was one of the best he'd tasted in a long time. We assume the meat patty was created by hand, mainly because it had a rather odd shape that was not likely to have been mass produced. The mac and cheese is exceptionally tasty "comfort food" with an ample serving for $3. Even the Caesar salad was excellent with shaved parmesan cheese and a light dressing. The waiter was attentive but it did take a long time for the kitchen to get the food to the waiter and the waiter to get it to us. In Oregon it's great to eat outside when the weather is nice but unfortunately, 7th street is quite busy and some drivers like to rev their motors going up the hill so it is not terribly relaxing on the patio. There was also a couple at a nearby table with a dog that barked loudly every time someone walked by or a car drove by.
