We had the daily special, although not at a discounted price. It was Yalla Chicken Pita. It was wonderful. The cucumber sauce was great. Service was a little slow, but okay since this time we weren't on a time crunch. Small inside. Probably seats 40 people, but would be loud at capacity. From the outside it looks like a little hole-in-the-wall, but the inside was nice, clean and restroom also.

This place is an amazing find. Family owned and operated it is the ONLY cafe serving this kind of food within a few hours drive. Great selection of Lebanese, Greek, American, and Egyptian food as well as a full panini menu. Many meat AND vegetarian choices. Full bar and decent wine and beer selection. Lunch and dinner hours. Also have a kids menu. Located right behind the library in North Bend just off the 101 going North. If you have a big party might want to call as the place isn't huge. Have plasma tvs that were playing bellydance videos. Felt for a moment I had left the Oregon Coast!! Also free wi-fi SWEET! We had a combo plate with the best hummus, falafel and babganooj I have ever tasted. Also the lentil soup was amazing, and vegan to boot :)

I used to love this restaurant, but in the last year it has really gone downhill. I gave it several chances because of my past experiences, but it seems to be consistently less appealing than previously. My Greek friend used to love this place, as well, but is no longer dining there. It's sad.

If your looking for some really awsome falafels and hummus, then this is the place to go. They also have other great items on thier menu that satisfy your hunger for middle-eastern cuisine.

It's difficult to find Lebanese/Greek food on the coast, and this is as good as it gets. All the typical stuff here, but standouts are the fava bean soup and tabouleh. The pitas don't seem to be made there, but they are passable. The prices are on the high side compared to similar restaurants in Portland and Eugene, but it's better than other restaurants in the area like Porta or Blue Heron. The service is very good and it's a cozy, pleasant atmosphere. My favorite restaurant in Coos Bay/North Bend is La Costa, a fabulous and fun Mexican restaurant, but I can't find its listing on Trip Advisor.
