A word first: if you blink you might miss the drive up to the Hilltop. They feature a small menu focusing on seafood and steaks. Soup or salad is included with the entrée. We opted for the Boston clam chowder, which was creamy and loaded with the shellfish. Prime rib came as ordered, medium rare. The beef came with grilled onions, mushrooms and a hunter sauce which was delicious. It was served with jasmine rice and a vegetable medley. A charbroiled chicken breast was good...I know, should have gone with what the house does best... meat was tender and moist, but nothing to shout about. Rice a veggie medley accompanied the bird.
