We happened into Cafe Stephanie for mid-morning breakfast and immediately were welcomed and our coffee orders taken. Latte and a Mocha. Both were perfectly concocted. The breakfast, though not unusually fancy, had a nice chef's touch, with melted swiss over the cottage red potatoes and thick slices of rye bread. Food was perfect and the atmosphere, too, both friendly and quick. I'll go back and recommend it, too.
