This is part of a brewery and you are given the sample of the day when you are seated. We ate here twice and loved it. wait staff helped locate GF food on the menu both times. Friendly people and just a warm ambiance.

We happened on to this pub and it was just ok...the craft beer was tasty but the service was a little slow-the place was not full! Food was good but a bit over priced, and the tables were a bit sticky-I guess from all the beer that they serve daily!

We were there on a Tuesday and the restaurant wasn't crowded. It appeared our waitress was the only one in the place.
In the middle of taking our order she said she had to excuse herself to go deliver food to another customer but would be right back to finish taking our order. However, when she did return to our area she visited two other tables before coming back to finish taking our order.
The food was average so the price really wasn't justified. The crabmelt was just a plain English muffin topped with crab mixed with cream cheese and a square of cheddar cheese melted over top. The rest of the plate was piled with fries, almost as if to justify the price for small crab entree.
Even though our server was pleasant, she clearly seemed unable to multi-task. Instead of getting our bill she was using the computer to show some other people (customers?) her facebook page. When she took our money it was obvious she did not know how to make change as she rounded our bill UP and gave back the difference minus our small change due.
Maybe we should have stuck with pub style food as this was an "Ale Hous." However, as this is a bayfront establishment one would think good seafood creations could have been on the menu.
