Elements is one of the cornerstones of a revitalization of downtown Medford. As the other reviewers have indicated, It is a really feel-good place for meeting friends after work or for dinner. On this evening, there were up to five of us, at any given time, who really didn't know each other very well. The surroundings made that process quite easy and enjoyable. We had appetizers, (really good and creative), beer and wine in an atmosphere that was very comfortable. We had not been here for a while but we will be back sooner than later.

Nice place to come in relax and have a martini.Feels like a small place picked out of the bay area or downtown Portland .Good drink list and spirits selection.Seems to be the spot for locals to come in and hangout too which always day something good about a place that is a favorite with the local crowd .

This is a favorite of my hubby and I but we connect with single groups now and then from work that are "hopping" for the evening and they enjoy it as much. The featured wines from Spain and Portugal are very special, and when I can't decide I get a flight! My favorite is the duck, his is the flat iron steak. The flat bread is the only "pizza" I eat because it isn't pizza at all. It is light with interesting combinations for toppings, my favorite the Madrid. The bacon wrapped prawns are a little over-cooked, and the shrimp diablo could just be a bigger prawn. Cauliflower and seasonal green beans are wonderful, salad is average, but the churros ARE THE BEST! Have to say that the ambience is really uptown, city style, with shooting stars on the ceiling(which need to be fixed at the moment), brick walls, cozy booths, big leather sofa and an enclosed divider waterfall. Sometimes we sit in the front by the waterfall....and the martinis are the BOMB, no skimping! Service is usually A+, quick, friendly, memorable. A favorite!

Excellent tapas style restaurant. The atmosphere was very upbeat and fun. This place has a casual feel that would be good for after work drinks, dinner out, and even a stop on your pub crawl.

We had the calamari and ceviche. The ceviche was very good and the calamari was ok. It was served bite sized and fried. The coconut soup was well above average. All the dishes served at our table appeared to be from very fresh ingredients.

The drink service was very good and the bartender poured them well.

Everything was very good but the duck is all that, a must try!!!!! Service (Stephanie) and atmosphere was terrific. Also had the diablo shrimp, pork empanadas, cauliflower and clams. For dessert the churros melt in your mouth. I will be definitely be back.
