“Good Food and Servkce”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 8, 2013

We enjoyed a Happy Hour visit in August. The food was presented nicely and the prices made it an unbeatable value. We also enjoyed some local beer selections.
The Happy Hour is only in the bar area until 6.

“Pretty good”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2013

Took a chance in this place we were looking for a seafood place in a city we didn't know. It was very clean and cool. Service was friendly and our waiter Charles was so helpful and attentive. We have four kids so the large selection was great we all found something that we wanted! The food was so good and we all shares 1 slice if the mud pie for dessert , Delicious!!! Easy parking easy to find and shopping nearby. We will stop again if we get the chance!

“Go anywhere else”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013

Went there for lunch. The server was trying but got our order wrong, twice. They did comp for food, but the food was not very good. Also, had a mixed drink that had no alcohol in it. The service was very slow. We were there for almost two hours. All of the crew seemed disorganized and really seemed not to care about any of the customers. :(

“Nice place, inexpensive, but so-so quality.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013

Visually appealing and clean with a friendly staff. The prices for seafood can't be beat. The staff was knowledgeable about their menu. I started with an oyster shooter that was very good, very fresh. The dinner come with a salad that looked like one from a self serve salad bar, OK but nothing near exceptional. For the main course I had Alaskan cod topped with Parmesan shrimp, which sounded good, looked good but was was at best average, The shrimp tasting like they were under a heat lamp a little too long, dry and too crispy. My wife had a halibut dish that was somewhat overcooked. I don't think I'd bother going back for a second chance.

“Lousy Apps”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2013

We try not to frequent chain restaurants but this was the closest thing to our hotel that looked interesting. It was a weekday and we were interested in Happy Hour so headed to the lounge area. Beer prices weren't that great but they had half priced appetizers til 6pm. Since we weren't in the mood for a big meal we ordered three different appetizers to share. The pan fried oysters were extremely small and all coating.... not much oyster at all. The crab stuffed mushrooms were overcooked and there was no crab at all. You could tell they were not fresh...probably frozen. The last app to arrive were the Irish Potatoes (bacon extra). When the waitress went to serve them she spilled half the plate all over her tray and her blouse....then had the stupidity to ask if we wanted her to bring another plate of them. Should heed my own advise to stay away from chains. Oh, on a brighter note, the sourdough bread was very good!
