First time up and have lived here for 12 years! Should not have waited! There were a few spots I had to catch my breath. But, for the most part it was a light hike up. We had a blast! Up on top the views of the Rogue Valley were awesome!!! Enjoy!

Hike it in spring, get to the top and find out for yourself our little secret around here. Wildflowers as far as the eye can see once you reach the top. Enjoy!

Both the Upper and Lower Table Rock hikes are not to be missed for great views of the Rogue Valley. Be sure to bring lots of water and hike early in the day in the Rogue Valley Summer Heat.

There are wildflower that only grow on top of So. Oregon's table rocks. Nowhere else on the planet. The local native Americans thought them holy, and its easy to see why. The sites are maintained by the Nature Conservancy and feature a great, groomed trail. In the Summer, there are rattlers, Spring is the best for an easy but rewarding hike.
