“Worth the time and money”

This is the best air museum I have see outside of the Air And Space museum in Washington DC. We were there 5 1/2 hours and could have stayed longer if time permitted. The movie is well worth seeing.

“Wonderful Selection of Aircraft”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

This is my second visit to this museum in three years. They have added so much since my first visit especially in the space section. I was impressed to say the least while walking around the space building. They have several full size rockets on display but the Saturn rocket impressed me the most. This thing is so tall they had to dig out the floor about three stories down to get it to fit. The lower lever also has a launch center you can watch a simulated launch of the rocket. I was very impressed on how they set this exhibit up to include the sounds of a real launch pad. You feel like its ready to blast off while walking down the stairs to the lower level. A must see for everyone. The other building has a very large collection of great military aircraft including the famous Spruce Goose. I didn't get the chance to visit the theater, just too much to see in the museums.

“Fantastic as usual!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2013

A must see if you are in this part of Oregon. The displays are fantastic and the docents knowledgeable and friendly. Food choices are somewhat limited. The main display hall (housing the Spruce Goose) is not air conditioned and when we visited on a hot day it was very hot and stuffy inside. The movie theater and space/missile display hall are air conditioned. Overall you can easily spend 3-4 hours here and have not seen everything. The only downside is I feel it is somewhat expensive, a family of four will spend $96 just to get in and the waterpark is extra - $118 for a family of four. The museum doesn't do any form of discount coupons (that I could find the 3 times I looked)....
