This restaurant has a very large menu, just about every possible combination one could ask for in a relatively smaller restaurant. The fajita's looked spectacular. The food we ate was excellent. I had the beef Colorado. It was excellent. I thought the refried beans were especially extraordinary. I usually find the beans a unimportant side dish in Mexican restaurants, but here they are very special. They are creamy and smooth and superbly cooked. The rice was also excellent. The other dishes our party had were excellent. I would look forward to a return visit.
