This is not a good park for Big Rigs. Paved streets and concrete pads. Decent WIFI, fair cable. The big problem is that the park does not enforce the rule about street parking. Large fifth wheel trailers have their trucks parking in the street. It is tough to leave the park with these trucks in the street.

Just finished a week's stay and had a great time. The park excels in meeting our high standards...room for big rig, very clean facilities, strong and steady electric power and very friendly staff. The happy hour on Friday night was a bonus. We have now stayed in a all four Premier RV parks...all offer excellent accommodations.

This is a fabulously run resort! It is truly a resort, the amenities are unmatched, the staff is guest oriented and well trained, the grounds and facilities are maculate. They aren't cheap but definitely worth the difference in price.

Absolutely fell in love with this place. Everyone there at the R.V. Resort are so wonderful and accommodating. The park is nicely laid out. The spaces are clear, easily accessible. My travel trailer is 39.5' with 2 slides and we pull it with an 07 Quad Cab, Long Box, Chevy Silverado and had no problems. It's a relatively short walk to the beach with easy access. Although if you have problem with stairs there are plenty of beach access areas near by.

We have stayed here on several occasions. We loved this place. It is clean and well maintained. The people who run it are always friendly and knowledgeable. This time there were many dogs, including our own, and all were properly handled, no barking, none let free to run and the second dog run had been completed on the upper level. It has grass, for the person complaining about the gravel run (which my dogs actually prefer). We enjoy the morning paper and the setting. It is centrally located so it is easy to get to the many small towns in the area, It is definitely our place to stay.

Review of Premier RV Park of Lincoln City

SETTING:
Lincoln City appears to be one of the premium resort towns on the Oregon coast. We observed an abundance of activities as well as many nearby fine beaches. It appears to be heavily tourist-orientated and one of the larger-population areas of the Oregon coast. I was raised in Oregon and formerly visited this area extensively in my younger years.

QUALITY OF THIS FACILITY:
I tend to be a very critical evaluator of people, places and events. It is easy for me to find errors and omissions in everything from technical reports to camping facilities. One very important thing I have learned in life is the value of good recommendations for a person, place or activity. This park was recommended to us just before we stayed there. On our recent tour of the Southern Oregon coast we were soliciting recommendations for an RV park along the central Oregon coast. The manager of the pool/spa area of a high-quality RV park near Coos Bay (where we stayed a couple of nights) overheard our conversation with other guests and then privately informed us of this wonderful RV park in Lincoln City. We had not planned to travel this far north, however, based upon the glowing report he had gleaned from other satisfied customers of this RV park, we chose to travel significantly farther north and see if we could find an opening if we just showed up without a prior reservation.

We were fortunate to arrive mid-week off season and be received personally by the Park owner with a warm and friendly welcome and offered a fine site in this very clean, functional, and modernized park. We were only able to stay one night but saw as much as we could of the area with what time we had to shop, sightsee as well as enjoy the fabulous beaches of the area, The RV park is across the street from a premium on-the-beach condo-type resort where I have stayed in the past. As I see it, this park meets three important criteria in real estate—location, location, location!

The owner (and also a couple staying in this park with their large RV) indicated that the park has been going through a complete makeover since it was purchased a few years ago in a distressed/deteriorated condition. We really enjoyed the modernization that has occurred to date. The quality bathrooms, recreational rooms, meeting rooms, etc. had obviously been gutted and thoroughly reconstructed in a very modern and quality manner. Everything was being renovated to make it a first class RV park. If you like quality, aesthetics and cleanliness, then this could be the park for you. It was truly the park for us and we were so glad we were encouraged to travel a bit father north so we could stay there!

There is nothing slip-shod about this park. The owners strive for excellence and we could be very happy staying in this park for an extended period of time. One couple we met said they choose to winter at this park to escape the cold and wet weather they would normally endure on the northwest tip of the Olympic Peninsula where they have a home and enjoy mild summers. This is their winter banana-belt location and they indicated that they love this park and location as well as the cultural activities in the nearby town of Newport Beach just south of this town. It appears that this is one of the premium areas to visit or live in permanently along the Oregon coast due to its beaches, accessibility to I-5 and major cities, shopping opportunities, quality of local residents, and mild buffered weather year around.

AMMENITIES AND AESTHETICS:
The park reportedly continues to go through transformation but to date it is very nice looking in its overall appearance, has very clean bathrooms, showers, clubrooms for small to medium-sized groups (with all the trimmings), and a very nice indoor spa (usable through all weather conditions), and an exercise room, The roads and individual RV sites are all paved supporting very clean camping. It has sculptured/leveled sites on a hillside which makes for a more unique camping experience and this likely would also serve as a natural wind-break from any stormy weather.

RECOMMENDED IMPROVEMENTS:
I can’t think of anything that the owners missed in renovating this park. All the critical improvements have been made to date. Only further aesthetic improvements may be something that could be forthcoming based upon ideas from landscape architects, customers, etc. It is both a functional park with full hookups, and is an aesthetically pleasing park. Should future travels warrant finding an RV site in the other cities where they have sister parks, I would feel very comfortable making a reservation for one of the sister parks based upon what I have found here. I didn't realize they may even have a swimming pool, however, if there is one it would need to be covered as this is a rather cool climate for an open-air pool for me to enjoy using it.

All the view spots are reserved for the big rigs so if you are under 40' you see nothing but the rig beside you. There are much
Better parks around if you are looking to watch the ocean. The pet run has no grass and some of the sites have none either. The hot tub is new and the club house is very nice. Sites are all angled so there is no view except your next door.
