“Just right for a business trip of two days..”
Reviewed November 14, 2011

Your business trip can be easily accomplished in this effective room design. Desk, chair and storage well laid out for the business trip with deadlines.

The room was clean and fresh. No signs of smoking in the room or hotel.

Hot showers with plenty of clean linen to go around.

hot tub and swimming pool all clean and available late at night.

Complementary breakfast starts at 4:00AM and runs until 10:00AM. A great start for those with early appts and deadlines.

From front counter to breakfast coordinator to cleaning staff..everyone worked to make the stay a pleasure.

All this for a very low price.

Room Tip: request a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor on back side of the hotel. It overlooks grasslands and quiet.

This budget hotel seemed brand new. Great lobby and breakfast area. Clean, sharp and comfortable rooms. Staff was exceedingly welcoming and helpful. Only downside is the location, which felt industrial, but that was easy to overlook. If you're on a budget, go for it! You won't be disappointed.

Thank you for the kind review. We strive to maintain a very clean and up to date property. Our staff works hard to make all our guests feel welcome and have the most comfortable experience they can provide. We enjoy hearing from our guests, as it is the best measure of our work, and helps us to quickly address any issues that may affect them.

Thank you again.

OK - We all know that "Micro" means small, so we were prepared for a small room. However this room was so well designed that we thought it was the most perfect small room we had ever stayed in. When I first walked in the room, it strangely had a familiar feeling even though I had never stayed at a Microtel before. Then it hit me. It was designed like a cruise cabin. Such an efficient use of space. King bed against a wall of mirrors and a base of granite. Directly across from bed a wall mounted flat screen tv above a good sized desk. On the outside wall a big bay window with a window seat coverd with cushions - the perfect height and size for our luggage. (OR, it could accommodate a child for sleeping!) The bathroom had a granite counter, tub/shower combo and fluffy towels. Hot tub and free cont. bkfst good. Front desk personnel needs more personality.

Room Tip: Because we always prefer a "quiet location", we were assigned the top floor - 3rd. Elevat...

Though Microtel is a Wyndham franchise, many have not heard of our brand. First, we have won the JD Power & Associates Hotel Guest Satisfaction Award for TEN consecutive years; that is something no company in any industry has ever done. Second, our hotel was designed for the business and liesure economy minded traveler, though affordable we are not cheap. We have an award winning interior design with best in class beds, HDTV, High Speed Internet and a full Hot Breakfast. Welcome to Microtel in the Pacific Northwest.

Room was very clean & modern. Room was small but met all the needs for the 2 of us. Desk was perfect for using the free Wi-Fi. Flat screen TV mounted on wall. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is a few blocks from the main highway, so very quiet. Plenty of parking. Large eating area for breakfast - with lots of choices. Very friendly staff - quick check-in & check-out. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our vacation and price is very competitive.

Yes, we are an economy hotel with Suite's. The Micro in Microtel is because our standard room is small, however with best in class beds, HDTV and an award winning interior. Our service is second to none, Microtel has won the JD Power & Associate Hotel Guest Satisfaction Award, TEN years in a row; something no company in any industry has ever done.

Come learn why! Welcome to Microtel in the Pacific Northwest.

We booked a 2 beds room. It actually come with another window bed. I was a engineer traveling with 4 other people(students). As students, they find the room new and nice. With 4 people in 2 beds and 1 people in window bed. It actually works.

The room was really comfortable. The style is like Quality Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Simple but nice. It cost about 70(tax included). But all worth it.

We stayed here for 3 nights in early August. The price was right as we were basically looking for a clean and simple place to sleep after long days of driving and hiking in and around Crater Lake. This place was more than perfectly suited to our needs and wants. The hotel is fairly new and our room was very fresh and clean. Yes, rooms are small, but not cramped (if your are just two people) and have design featured that make the space work. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Bonus: the free continental-ish breakfast starts at 4AM- perfect for us early risers that just wanted to grab a banana, cereal and coffee as we headed out the door. I would definitely stay here again as it was an awesome value and I will seriously consider other Microtels when I encounter them in future travels. Great value.
