The picture in the AAA magazine and online must be 20 years old... This place is old and run down... The breakfast was not much. I would be afraid of the pool. The plus was that we only stayed one night, and the location is wonderful. Old town Klamath Falls, very nice . We ate at the Creamery brewery and it was probably the best meal of the trip! Also, the resteraunt, lounge at the Inn location was awesome.

Had a hard time finding the front desk at this motel. It takes up quite a bit of space. The exterior is quite a shock considering this is a Quality Inn. We were very apprehensive, but had already pre paid for two nights, so we knew we were stuck. The room is very dated, but the bed and pillows were etremely comfortable. (Good thing we were only in our room to sleep) The unexpected surprise was the morning breakfast: fresh waffles, cooked sausage, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, bagels/cream cheese, juice and coffee. The staff were great and friendly. When this place gets a face lift or remodeled it will get our business again.

This was our first Quality Inn and it will probably we our last.
There is a ad on television with Jason Alexander having breakfast at a Quality Inn. The ad obviously had nothing to do with this facility.
Staff was incapable of multitasking.
We requested street level rooms and ended up on the second floor in one of the annexes. We were allowed to park in a restaurant parking lot so we didn't have to walk down stairs.
The hot tub wasn't hot. When staff was informed she simply said that someone had pushed the big red button and she would take care of it. She never did.
There was no operating ice machine in the annex building. Which meant a long walk over to the office area (street level). There was a printed sign on the door so the machine had been non-functioning for some time.
The lovely LOOKING king sized bed was not comfortable.
The furniture in the room was placed at odd angles.
The WiFi access was lousy. You had to call the office to find out what the password was for access.
Two skimpy towels in the room.
Someone has done some remodeling and they lacked any professional ability.
Breakfast included link sausages. Everything else could be had at a Super 8.
The orange juice machine was dialed down so much the orange juice was more like Sunny Delight..

Upon reading the other reviews I was a bit pessimistic about staying at this property but I decided to try it out. The rate was decent and the downtown location was excellent. I was close to restaurants and the highway. The room was large and comfortable. I had a large king sized room that was on the ground floor. The service was good and the breakfast was plenty.

The outside of Quality Inn looks just like any regular motel. BUT:

1. The people at the front desk, especially Cheri, are very friendly and helpful.
2. The room is pretty spacious. There's a microwave and fridge. The bed is pretty comfortable.
3. Almost 100 (if remember correctly) TV channels to choose from.
4. Free wi-fi in the room. And there's a computer with printer in the lobby.

Area:
Lots of restaurants to choose from. A Safeway within walking distance. I was told about water activities nearby. A casino about 34 miles away. And the Klamath Falls airport is about 5 minutes away.

Coming back from Washington needed a room.... should have checked the reviews...
Place is dirty inside and out... the beding is clean but the bedcover and bedskirt was torn... If you can make it to a.m. the breakfast was a surprise. Good quality and in a clean room.

The buildings look run down, but the room that we stayed in wasn't too bad. As far as size goes it was huge. We had a handicapped room with two queen sized beds. The air conditioning was sufficent to cool the huge room. It seems that they have been remodeling certain rooms. It was quiet here, even at night. The carpet was cheap, the indoor outdoor variety. It needs replacing. The furniture, a dining table, was rickety. The coffee table was also rickety. There was a love seat in the room that had seen a lot of use. It needs to be replaced.

One of our main complaints is housekeeping. We stayed for 5 days, and in that 5 days they cleaned the room once, and that was the day before we left. My husband had to hunt someone down to get towels on the third day. He also asked someone to clean the room and was told that it wasn't her room. We left to go to Crater Lake for the day, thinking that they would have cleaned up the room while we were gone, but that wasn't the case. When we returned we had a note attached to our door asking if we were going to stay another night. We had called the front desk the night before and told them that we were going to stay an additional night. Obviously someone didn't get the message because our card keys didn't work when we got back.

There is a restaurant on the property, Dynasty, that delivers. The food is so-so, and I got sick, so take that for what it is worth.

The high speed internet is iffy at best. I was dropped several times off their server. It made it frustrating when I was online.

One of the best parts is that this motel is close to downtown, and that made things like shopping and restaurants easy to deal with.
