We spent two nights here and it was perfect. They upgraded us to a cottage with a fireplace, flowers in the garden, and a soft bed for our Labrador The breakfast at the hotel was included and was anything off the menu with our special requests honored - and then remembered on the following day. The hotel is in the center of town , near the trolley tour , and had great historic pictures on the wall and staff who love to tell the history of the town

We held my daughter's wedding and reception at Jacksonville Inn's U.S. Hotel Ballroom. What a fantastic choice. The staff was on the ball and very friendly as well as accommodating. I received many compliments from our guests saying this was the best wedding food they had. The Pomegranate Glazed Chicken had rave reviews! The appetizer platters were not only scrumptious, but beautiful too! The complimentary breakfasts were over the top, not to mention our waiter. I didn't get his name, but he is the Senior Waiter. He was absolutely amazing!

My 18 year old son, husband and I stayed in one of the cottages. The cottages were made for two people, but we made due. They reminded me of Grandma's house and was very comfortable. My husband and I cannot wait to go back! Jacksonville is one of those towns you can just immerse yourself and take it all in.

Thank you to all of the staff at Jacksonville Inn who made the weekend such a memorable one!

We stayed two nights in one of the rooms in the inn itself, and it had the feel of a historic inn but with all the modern conveniences. The complimentary breakfast includes anything on the menu, and the waiter, Micah, was just perfect, remembering our preferences from the previous morning and just giving excellent service.

Great staff, cool historic building to stay in, great location, and you get a great breakfast in the morning. They have a great bistro downstairs with a cute bar area as well as outside dinning. Our room was very clean and had a great feel to it (room 8).

My wife and I just spent 3 wonderful nights at the Jacksonville Inn in southern Oregon. Along with its central location in the charming town of Jacksonville, the Inn has an outstanding staff whose efforts made our stay all the more memorable. A special thanks to Jack and Micah who exemplify warm and welcoming hospitality. Great job gentlemen.......and thanks for the memories !!

This inn is a gem in the small town of Jacksonville, OR. The entire town is charming, relaxing, friendly, just wonderful. Ditto this inn. We stayed in cottage #10, two blocks from the inn. Someone had lots of fun renovating this vintage cottage to keep its charm but provide modern comforts. Gas fireplace, jacuzzi tub, pillow top four-poster bed. Although we didn't need it, it was also ADA compliant. Walking distance to the main street. Complimentary breakfasts were off-the-menu in a first-class restaurant. Delicious. Dinner at the hotel was also fantastic; we sat in the heated outdoor patio. Easy to recommend this inn without reservations, no pun intended.

Room Tip: Cottage #10 will give you more space than the hotel rooms, but it is two blocks from the hotel, an e...

We had a cordial reception at check in and the service continued until we left. An Inn on the historic register was a delightful experience. Our room was well appointed, every detail attended to, and was off the street and quiet.(room 3). The food was thoughfully prepared. The wine shop is outstanding. This property has been cared for by an attentive proprietor for 36 years!

Housed in one of gold-rush Jacksonville's early permanent structures, the Jacksonville Inn perpetuates the nostalgic romances of that era. Built in 1861, the walls of the dining area and lounge were built of locally quarried sandstone, and specks of gold are still visible in the mortar. The town is the first in America to be named a National Historic Landmark, and Jacksonville has preserved its 19th Century charm.Located in the heart of this national landmark town, The Inn is an elegant historic bed and breakfast featuring luxurious Honeymoon Cottages.
