Go to Stonehedge and settle in by the fire or choose a window seat (and you'll feel as though your sitting in a forest). If you have the imagination, listen to the laughter and sighs and groans of surprise and delight recorded by the walls over the years. It's grandma's house--warm and inviting. Immensely satisfying. Good food. Some of it is great food.

Great place for dinner but the catered lunch/ dinners parties have left us turned off.

The food for dinner should be rated Very Good to Excellent while ordering off the menu inside the main dinning room. The three times we have had the catered Lunch/Brunch and
Dinner the service sucked; the food arrived cool to cold. Last Mothers day was an exception with good food after bribing our waitress. If you have a choice sit as near the Outdoor bar as possible for the best service.

As a wedding venue the grounds are beautiful and as a wedding site is tremendous.

Previous reviewers have already mentioned the setting. What stood out for me was the ambiance and that made for a memorable meal. The staff were friendly, well trained, and knowledgeable. Because it's a little off-the-beaten path but well worth the money and time spent inside one of the intimate rooms of the converted 1898 house or outside among the trees and landscaped gardens. Five stars!
