My girlfriend and I opted to eat here after scouring the restaurant list offered by the nearby Vagabond Lodge. We were exhausted following a day visit to Mt. Hood, Hood River, and several other sites along the Columbia River, and we were having difficulty finding a place that included gluten-free options for her. It turned out to be a great choice. We enjoyed wild salmon and a buffalo burger, while being entertained by live music from local artists. The restaurant, which doubles as a wine store, is owned by locals who use their neighbor’s fresh produce in their dishes with delicious results. Overall it was a wonderful find after an exhausting day.
