We are staying at the hotel for a week with a group and have eaten two breakfasts and a dinner here. Each meal has included overcooked fish, meats, eggs, etc. My husband ordered elk sausage for breakfast which had the texture and consistency of wooden table legs.
The service for our group at dinner took over two hours with long waits between courses and cold, overcooked food delivered so late that half the group left before the waiters arrived (showing some attitude) with dessert.
The interesting thing is that the hotel is located in a top notch outdoor recreation area yet has no healthy choices on the menu except their homemade granola. No oatmeal or cereals - they don't even stock it!
The restaurant actually ran out of Chardonnay yesterday yet they are two minutes from a large shopping area. How do you run out of Chardonnay?
Sounds like some new management is needed here.

Chicken not prepared well...dry; vegan onion dish had flavor of smoke and not much else. Best part the side dish of mushrooms. Clam cakes were decent. The insulting $8 cup of coffee (said they could bring a French press...said fine) not appreciated.
