We had dinner at Nora's on our way through Hood River. The restaurant is darling, the menu changes daily and is wonderfully creative. I had the grilled salmon with succotash of zucchini, corn and green beans with a delicious heirloom tomato salad. Hubby had the grilled scallops and chanterelle mushrooms and a gigantic burger cooked in duck fat. He said it was like "butter". The best burger he has ever eaten. The service was fantastic as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, you will too!
