Had no idea this is a franchise chain until popping in a drivep-by whim. Service was friendly and food came quickly, despite being a busy time with several large groups there. The complimentary chips (fresh and hot) and salsa curbed the initial appetite so we ordered a seafood enchilada ($12.99) and combo Mar Y Tierra ($14.49). My wife's enchilada was hot and tasty although she found the habanero salsa sauce somewhat overpowering. MY combo dsih ahd the same enchildada along with a grilled chicken taco and citrus-marinated steak fajita. The latter was excellent and the dish quite filling. Never having visited Mexico I can't vouch to whether or not this is "authentic" or not but can say we would return if back in the area again. Kudos to our server (Melissa) for her menu advice, info and friendly service.
