Does need a review of Carl's Jr., a McDonalds, a Wendy's? Probably not much point most everyone knows pretty much what to expect before they go. At Carl's Jr. you can buy two "Famous Star" burgers for $3.00 but there are signs all over the building announcing two $6.00 hamburgers for $6.00 and if you have tried both of these specials you know that the "Famous Stars" are an excellent burger and worth the price but the $6.00 burger is just a slightly larger serving of hamburger with a heap more grease and juice intended to flow from your wrist to your elbow and convince you that this a great price for a great burger. It is not! However, the reason for this review is to talk about their recently, much hipped, Char Broiled Cod. Had to try it, so I bought several for the family. Turned out that the opinion was universal - this was the worst tasting sandwich we had ever been served. Carl's Jr. has a new bigger, better deal just about once a month and they usually fall short of expectations, but after you try their " Charbroiled Cod" you can't help asking yourself if they have anyone taste this stuff before it becomes part of their next ad campaign.
My recommendation - stick to the "Famous Stars."
