“not a good place for a group terrible service”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

They seamed inabble to wait on a group of 20 people at a time are drinks were always empty and food served cold, when we said something the staff got very angry and we were being very nice about it. I will never go here again after how we were treated!

“Trufflehunter, long standing treasure”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

While most people ( unless you live in Gresham) have never heard of the Trufflehunter, I would consider it one of the best places to eat in the Portland Metro Area!
Everything is cooked fresh, the portions are substantial and flavorful. I love their hamburgers and fries, the homemade breads are amazing, and the prices are appropriate for what you receive. The only drawback is the small rooms. It makes it a bit uncomfortable if you are there wanting to have an intimate dining experience.. you will be close enough to the next table to feel they are part of your party! Other than that.. wonderful!

“Sandwiches”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

This place makes the best sandwiches ever! Be prepared for LARGE portions. Their home baked bread is so good and so LARGE! Their food is all Homemade from potato chips to desserts. And their Hungarian Mushroom soup is my favorite!

“One of Gresham's Best Restraunt”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

The Truffle Hunter is one of Gresham's best kept secrets. It is not very flashy from the outside so it is easy to miss. My wife and I usually have a date night here once a month. All of their food is homemade / made from scratch. Their Hungarian Mushroom Soup is absolutely delicious and is a must have.

Keep in mind their portions are huge. If you order a half burger or sandwich it will come out on a normal size bun or piece of bread." As opposed to their full order in which the bun is almost the size of the plate, no joke.

Great for couples and families or friends!

“Yummy homemade bread”
Reviewed February 15, 2013

Truffel Hunter is the place to go if your a bread lover! The food is very good too, but the freshly baked bread is YUMMY! The menu has some of the "usual" items on it, and also some, unique to them. Their lunch choices are many, and if you want a really good sandwich, this is the place for you.
