Excellent Accommodations and Staff. Will stay again with pleasure. Helped us check in a little early and provided a ground floor room due to mu wife's bad leg. Breakfast was great and plenty of food available. Rooms were very clean and the bed was perfect. Plenty of channels on the TV and no issues with using it. Explained about all the local attractions and were available for questions at any time. Really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to all of our family and friends.

We spent a night at this hotel on our way from Vancouver BC to San Francisco. We were very happy with this choice. The hotel is just off the highway, but across the river and away from traffic noise. There is a conveniance store right next door. There is a paved walking trail along the river just across the street for anyone looking to stretch their legs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well equiped. We rented a fold out cot for our son. After a long day on the road, we sat at a table by the pool while our teens soaked in the hot tub. We looked at menus provided in the lobby for local restaurants and then enjoyed a pleasant walk across the river into town to the Station Restaurant (which we enjoyed). We walked back to the hotel and had a peaceful sleep in our comfortable beds. The free breakfast was limited (no hot eggs or bacon but they did have a waffle maker and toaster). After breakfast, we checked out, said our goodbyes and were back on the highway early to continue our journey.

Room Tip: If you have a lot of luggage, ask for a ground floor room.

Paula was outstanding! We were stranded due to vehicle issues and she went above and beyond to assist us, even though we were not yet staying at the hotel. Once we realized we would have to stay the night, she found us a room and hooked us up with where to go get some food and have our truck repaired. She treated us like we were VIP's and not just stranded travelers. Every staff member that we had the privilege of dealing with treated us with respect and unparalleled customer service. It turned a bad situation into one of the greatest nights I have had in long time. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to be treated like they are important. We have plans to go back and visit just to stay in this Inn.

Easy to find this hotel on the internet. It is called an Inn but it is the size of a hotel. Able to augment internet reservation with a phone call. Rescheduled my reservation without any fees. Hotel is in an excellent location and in new condition. Room was clean and the hotel is quiet. Satisfying complementary breakfast. Smoking only in designated areas. Gemsy, Amber, Brian, and all the hotel personnel are well dressed and groomed. They are customer focused. I knew, after my first night, this is the hotel I will stay in, when I visit Grants Pass and Rogue River

We stay at Best Westerns quite a lot and know that all are not "created equal". The BW Inn at the Rogue is an outstanding property.........sited well off the highway and away from any traffic noise and with all the amenities typical of a BW. With comfortable beds and pillow choices, it meets our needs nicely. In fact, for future travel up and down the I-5 corridor, we will adjust our plans so that the Inn at Rogue River is a stay for us both directions.

I have never had a bad experience the 20+ times I have stayed at the BW Inn At The Rogue. The rooms have been totally redecorated andare very comfortable. The hotel staff is second to none and are allways genuinely friendly. Although I usually don't have imediate buisness in the town of Rogue River I allways stay there because its a great hotel.

We are Best Western Diamond members and wanted to stay in Grants Pass to visit friends. We always try to get a quiet place and this seemed like a good choice. Lucky for us, it is the off season and they weren't full so they upgraded us to a suite in the back, overlooking the pool. We've stayed in a lot of suites, but this was probably the best design and decor we have experienced. It was so comfortable and we could fix our breakfast in the room. Wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights! The hosts and maintenance folks were so gracious and hospitable. I'm assuming that the regular rooms were lovely as well. The Rogue River runs between the hotel and the highway, so that helps with noise. A lovely river walk is nearby and it is only about 10 minutes or less back into town for dinner or shopping.

Room Tip: Rooms in the back are probably quieter. We were in suite 201, I believe.
