Rivers Edge reopened in April and serves an amazing Sunday Brunch. A celebration with a friend was really made extra special by the beautiful outdoor dining overlooking the Rogue River, the attentive staff and the outstanding meal. Brunch was five courses - each unique and delicious. Lox over fresh baby spinach with garlic aoli, warm pastries both sweet and savory (4) made in house, fresh fruit artfully plated with a vanilla and spice syrup dressing,
smoked chicken and spinach omelet (my friend had lobster eggs benedict), and finally lemon sorbet. All of this accompanied by a lovely California champagne and coffee. Our glasses/cups were never empty and the server,Christina was a delight. Truly and not to be missed dining experience.
