Chances are you've probably driven by this tiny place a million times if you live in the area. And you probably notice that some days it is open, and some days it is closed. (Heck, in bigger cities this would actually be a draw.) While the hours of operation might seem random at times, that is probably due to only two people running it, a husband-and-wife team. They are very friendly and the service is great. We have dropped in quite a few times and each time the food is tasty, consistent, and a good value. The only downside is that if they are busy, seating can be limited.

The food and service were hands down the best in town. We love that it is Grants Pass greatest
secret. Owened and operated by a husband and wife team. I had breakfast my husband had lunch. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the hashbrowns are homemade. My husbands burger
was huge and juicy and again endless homemade frenchfries better than IN AND OUT by far.
Check out this gem, there hours do vary but if you catch them you wont be dissapointed.

We have been here a few more times since my last review and about half the time they are closed with no explanation posted on the door. When they have been open it seems like they are not interested in cooking a good meal because sometimes the grease is old and you can really taste it or the different menu items like french toast come out and taste like they have been reheated several times. We may give it a try again but not any time soon.

Richard and his wife Heidi own this diner. It is a small building on Williams Hwy but it gets a good deal of traffic. And the food is excellent. From the made from scratch biscuits and fresh made gravy to the endless french fries with a cheeseburger it is all excellent. Breakfast is also outstanding the eggs cooked perfectly and the french toast better than you can make at home. He even makes his own jams and jelly.
On Fridays from 4PM until they run out they cook and serve BBQ and people will often line up early just so they don't run out of BBQ before they get their share. The meat on the ribs is falling off the bone and boy is it tender. This is a take out only for the BBQ. It is certainly good eats.
